Email and text credits
Credits pay for messages you send to your audience. Each email to one person uses 1 email credit. Each text to one person uses 1 text credit for each part, and a long text can have more than one part. Ticket and order emails are free. Credits do not run out.
The Credits page has two tabs, Email credits and Text credits. Each shows your balance, the packs you can buy with their prices, and a history of credits in and out. You pay on a secure Stripe page and get a receipt by email. Your credits show up as soon as the payment goes through, or within a few minutes.
Only the host owner and the host team can buy credits. You cannot buy while your host page is on hold. If you leave the payment page, nothing is charged.
- Open the Credits page, or press Buy credits when you send an email.
- Pick Email credits or Text credits.
- Press Buy next to a pack and pay on the Stripe page.
