Getting started

- Make your first eventStart with a draft. Post it when it is ready.
- Share your eventYour event has its own link. Your host page lists the public ones.
Events and tickets
- Free events and RSVPsA ticket that costs 0 dollars is a free RSVP.
- Ticket types and limitsUp to 20 ticket types per event, each with a price and an optional quantity.
- What happens while a guest paysSeats are held for about half an hour during card checkout.
- Event themesDress your event page with a free theme. Custom themes are not open yet.
- Waitlist for sold-out eventsLet guests join a line when tickets sell out, and offer them seats that open up.
- Vendors and the day-of sheetKeep a private vendor book and print a day-of sheet for each event.
- Venues: find a space or list yoursBrowse Charlotte venues, ask to book one, or list your own space.
Getting paid and refunds
- Connect payoutsYou need payouts only for paid tickets.
- RefundsRefund from the Orders page. Guests ask you; they cannot refund themselves.
- Promo codesMake codes that lower the price of paid tickets.
- Email and text creditsBuy credits to send emails and texts to your audience.
Check-in and guests
- See your guest listThe guest list lives under each event.
- Check guests in with a scanScan the QR code on a ticket with a phone camera.
- Let guests check in with their phoneLocation check-in is optional. You set the spot and the distance.
- TV wallPut a live event screen with a QR code, check-in count and photos on a TV.
- Guest names for plus-onesGuests add the names and photos of people they bring, and you see them on the guest list.
