Memberships and tiers
A tier is a kind of membership, like Friends or Gold. You can make up to 5 tiers. Each tier has a name, a list of perks, a monthly price, a yearly price, or both. Leave both prices empty for a free tier. You can also cap how many people can join a tier.
Ticket perks: a percent off paid tickets (0 to 100), a limit on how many tickets per event get that price, and early ticket access. You set the early hours (0 to 720) on the Members tab of each event. You can also make an event members only.
Paid tiers need payouts set up first. Members pay by card on a Stripe page. Charlotte List keeps a share of each payment, and the share shows on the tier form. A new price only applies to new members.
The Members list lets you search, filter, download a CSV, give a free membership by email, or end a membership. Ending a paid membership does not refund the member. You can delete a tier only if nobody ever joined it. To stop sign-ups, turn the tier off.
