Your team
A host page has one owner and up to 10 people in all. Waiting invites count toward the 10.
Team members can make and change events, see the guest list and orders, check guests in, and change the host name and bio. They can also use contacts, email, texts and promo codes. They cannot set up payouts, send refunds, invite or remove people, or hand over the host page. Only the owner can do those.
We email each invite. The person signs in with that same email and joins. The link works once and lasts 7 days. A new invite to the same email replaces the old one. You can send 20 invites a day.
To hand over the host page, the owner picks a team member and confirms. The old owner becomes a team member. Both people get an email. Ticket money keeps going to the Stripe account already connected. Only the new owner can hand the page back.
- Open the Team tab.
- Type their email under Invite a co-host.
- Press Send the invite.
- Use Cancel invite, Remove, or Make owner next to a name.
