Refunds
Guests cannot cancel a paid order on their own. They ask the host. You refund from the Orders page. The refund button is for the owner of the host page and platform staff.
A full refund cancels the tickets in that order. For a part refund, we ask which tickets to cancel, or you can keep them all.
A refund you make in the Stripe dashboard shows up here too. A full refund there cancels every unused ticket in the order.
