Stats
The Stats tab shows page visitors, RSVPs and tickets, ticket money, check-in rate and new contacts. Pick Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or All time. Days start at midnight, Charlotte time. You and your team are not counted as visitors, and robots are left out.
Below that you get charts for orders and visitors, a list of your events with a Download CSV button, where guests come from, how many guests came back, and your best days and times to get orders. Press Stats next to an event to see each step from visit to check-in, sales by day, ticket types, no-shows, promo codes and referral codes.
To track a source, add ?src= and a short name to the end of an event link, like ?src=ig_story. The name shows in the sources list. Ticket money is paid minus refunds, before card fees.
- Open Audience, then Stats.
- Pick a time range.
- Press Stats on an event for the full view.
