Make your first event

A new event starts as a draft. Guests cannot see a draft. To post an event it needs at least one ticket type and a date that has not passed. If any ticket costs money, your payouts must be switched on first.

You type times in Charlotte time. If the end time is before the start time, we treat it as the next day.

The web address of an event comes from its title when you first save it. It does not change later.

1. Open Events, then Create an event.
2. Add a title, a date, a place and a ticket type.
3. Press publish when you are happy.
