Guest names for plus-ones
When a guest takes more than one ticket, the event page lets them add a name for each extra ticket. Email and mobile are optional. A plus-one with an email gets their own email and ticket page. The first ticket is always the buyer's.
The buyer can change names and add photos later on their ticket page. Only the host sees photos. Photos can be added until two days after the event starts.
On the Tickets tab, the Guest names switch turns the questions on or off. It is on by default. On the guest list, a plus-one shows as Guest of the buyer. Press Edit names on the buyer's line to fix names. Clear a name to give the ticket back to the buyer.
Each order can send up to 12 plus-one emails per week.
- Open your event and go to the Tickets tab.
- Find the Guest names card and tick or untick Ask guests for the names of the people they bring.
- Press Save.
- To fix a name, open the guest list and press Edit names next to the buyer.
