Promo codes
A promo code lowers the price of paid tickets. Guests type it on the event page. A code does not work on free tickets.
Pick what the code gives: percent off each ticket (1 to 100), dollars off the whole order one time, or free tickets. Pick where it works: all your events, one event, or one ticket type. You can set a most-uses limit (1 to 100,000) and an end date and time in Charlotte time. One order counts as one use.
The code is 3 to 20 letters and numbers. We save it in capital letters. You can have up to 500 codes. A code that guests already used cannot be deleted. Turn it off instead. Owners and team members can both manage codes.
- Open the Promos tab.
- Fill in the code, what it gives, and where it works.
- Add a most-uses limit or an end date if you want one.
- Press Save promo code.
- Use Turn off or Turn on later. Use Delete only on a code nobody used.
