Waitlist for sold-out events
When a ticket sells out, guests can join a waitlist from your event page. When a seat opens up, the next person gets an email and the seat is held for them. Nobody else can take it until the offer ends.
Open the Waitlist tab on your event. The waitlist and automatic offers start switched on. You choose how long an offer lasts: 2, 12 or 24 hours. The default is 12 hours. Offers stop when the event starts.
With automatic offers off, you press Offer seats for the person you pick. You can also remove someone, offer again after an offer ran out, or download the list as a CSV. Close the waitlist to stop new people joining. People already in line still get offers. A line holds up to 500 people.
- Open Events and edit your event.
- Open the Waitlist tab.
- Check the settings and press Save.
